Wellspring Day June 2017
On June 12, 2017 we held our last Wellspring Day before the summer break. The topic was »We certainly cannot live without bread, but it is equally impossible to live without beauty.« (Dostojewski): The healing impact of beauty.
During the course of the day, we paid special attention to the beauty of the biblical stories of anointing. . Rosemarie emphasized and underlined the healing impact of beauty with wonderful examples of from the arts, music and literature. We also worked intensively with the figure of Judas Iscariot as a person who can demonstrate what happens when we no longer recognize this beauty and when »anointing« is replaced by »calculation«.
In the middle of the room stood a glass of oil, raised on a red cloth and surrounded with symbols and images of the day. So that you, too, might partake of the anointing of this beautiful day, here are a few photographic impressions.
