We see more in you than you suspect
The third and last Wellspring Day of the series »The Elders are watching« in November shoed us a great task.
If we wish to become elders, we need to learn the third step of God in the act of creation: »And he saw, that it is good« challenges us to the good in the other and to awaken it in them.
To see it, to name what we have seen and to finally confirm it is the path to building trust. If we follow this sequence in strengthening the other and all that is in him or her, they can grow and develop in trust.
